Privacy Policy

Fetch is built by Treemoondus Life LLC ("we"). We designed it to be private by default: the app runs on your Mac, and the things you download never pass through us. This policy explains the little data we do handle.
The short version: Your downloads, history, and account logins stay on your Mac. We never see what you save. The only data we hold is what's needed to sell you a license and keep it valid.
What stays on your device
- Your downloads and history — saved to a folder you choose (or your Photos library) and a local history file. Never uploaded to us.
- Account logins — if you connect Instagram, X, TikTok or Facebook inside the app, that session is stored only on your Mac and used only to fetch content you can already access.
- App settings — output folder, quality preference, and license key, all stored locally.
What we collect
- Purchase information — when you buy, our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record) processes your payment and shares with us your email address and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
- License validation — when you activate or periodically re-check a license, our license server receives your license key and your Mac's device name to confirm the license is active and prevent abuse. We keep license keys, associated email, plan type, and validation timestamps.
- Website — our website is a simple static page. We do not run advertising trackers on it.
How we use it
Only to deliver and support the product: to issue and validate your license, to send you your license key and essential account emails, and to provide customer support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) for billing, and our email/support tools. That's it. We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
Data retention
We keep license and purchase records for as long as your license is active and as needed for accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing us.
Your choices
You can remove your local data anytime by clearing history in the app and deleting the app's folder in ~/Library/Application Support/Fetch. To request access to or deletion of the purchase/license data we hold, email info@treemoondus.com.
