We want you to be genuinely happy with Fetch — not stuck with something that isn't right for you.
If you buy a lifetime license and it doesn't work out, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no hoops. Just tell us the email you used at checkout.
You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access through the end of the week you've already paid for. Because the amount is small and billed weekly, we don't provide partial refunds for a week already started — simply cancel and you won't be charged again.
Email info@treemoondus.com from (or mentioning) the address you used at checkout, and we'll take care of it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, requesting a refund after heavy use across many purchases, or fraudulent chargebacks. We'd always rather just talk it through first.
