Fetch is intended for saving public content and content you have the right to access, for personal use — such as archiving your own posts, saving content for offline viewing, or fair-use purposes. You agree that you are solely responsible for:
You agree not to use Fetch to infringe others' rights, to redistribute or commercially exploit content you don't own, or for any unlawful purpose. We are not responsible for how you use content you download.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Fetch on your devices for as long as your plan is active (weekly) or perpetually (lifetime). You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer for redistribution, or share your license key.
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The weekly plan renews automatically until cancelled; the lifetime plan is a single payment. See our Refund Policy for details.
Fetch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, Meta, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Those platforms may change at any time in ways that affect functionality.
Fetch is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that every download will succeed or that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly as third-party platforms change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treemoondus Life LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fetch. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
